Insurance Audits & Advisory Services

TARJANI carries out an audit of the client's insurance portfolio on a regular basis which involves analyzing existing insurance covers in terms of risk gap analysis, premium ratings, discounts eligible and allowed, additional clauses, extensions, self insurance techniques etc., and making recommendations about amendments to coverages, new covers etc. TARJANI also liaises with the Insurance Companies, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) and several other bodies for these purposes on behalf of clients.

Portfolio Management

This shall comprise: Advice on technical matters, Assistance in selecting appropriate insurance products, Representation to various insurance bodies, Negotiation with various insurance companies, Assist in selecting Insurers, Claim settlement, Advise on maintenance of insurance policies/ claim records, Advise on maintaining the record for uninsured losses, Guidance on valuation of assets for insurance purpose, Conduct workshop training, Advise on self insurance (retention) and Optimization of premium.

Claims Management

Litmus test of any policy is the claim. Interpretation of policy wordings and application of the same to the claim requires in-depth knowledge of the policy, understanding of the nature of the claim, cause of the claim and ascertaining the admissibility of claim. Tarjani personnel have adequate necessary experience / expertise to manage large complex insurance claims in the fields of marine, fire, engineering, project insurance, property, consequential losses, liability etc.
